A few things to know before placing your order — it keeps everything smooth for both of us.
Patience is a must
- Processing time takes about 1–2 weeks depending on the design and size.
- There is usually a queue, so it may take longer. I'll always let you know when I start making your order.
Payment & delivery
- A 50% downpayment is required before I start making your order. The remaining balance may be paid once the item is done — full payment upfront is also an option.
- Mode of Payment (MOP): GCash or Maya.
- Mode of Delivery (MOD): J&T Express or Lalamove. Shipping fees vary depending on your location and the quantity of your order.
- All payments are non-refundable, unless cancellation is due to a valid reason.
What I can't do
- There are limits to what crochet can do — I cannot exactly recreate the design or style from a reference photo.
- I cannot make these on doll clothing: embroidery, lettering, logos, tie-dye, animal print, printed designs and complex drawings.
